Booking Process
- Check Availability:
- View our availability calendar by subscribing to this link: Availability Calendar
- Contact Us:
- If your desired dates are available, contact us directly to initiate booking.
- Confirmation:
- We will confirm your booking with a calendar event for the selected dates and invite you to this event.
- Payment:
- Your booking is officially confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. Only then will your booking be secured.
Payment Terms
- Deposit: A deposit between 1/4 and 1/2 of the total rental fee is due to secure your booking. The closer to the booking date, the higher the deposit amount.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due before receiving the keys to the property.

Additional Requirements
- Check-in Form: Please complete our online check-in form and sign it before you receive the keys.
- Guest Information Package: You will receive a detailed information package to prepare for your stay.
- Sensibo App Access: We will grant you access to the Sensibo app to control the property’s climate.
- Key Collection: Keys will be provided no more than 48 hours before your booking starts.
Important Note:
We are working on implementing a smart lock system to streamline the key collection process. In the meantime, we appreciate your understanding regarding the current key handover procedure.
