Stormy Point Cottage - Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, please observe the following rules and guidelines:

General Considerations

• Treat the cottage and its surroundings with respect.
• Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (11 PM - 8 AM).
• Leave the cottage in the same condition you found it.
• Report any damages or issues promptly to the owner.

Pets

We love animals, but pets are not allowed at Stormy Point Cottage.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all property buildings, including the cottage, basement, shed, and outhouse.

Excessive Noise

Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.

Additional Rules

• Please dispose of garbage properly in the designated bins.
• Conserve water and electricity whenever possible.
• Follow all safety guidelines when using the fire pit or BBQ.
• Do not leave any valuables unattended.

Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay. We will not tolerate any behaviour that endangers the safety or well-being of others or causes damage to the property.

We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay without a refund for violating these rules.
