Payment Information

We require a deposit and full payment before your arrival to secure your reservation at Stormy Point.

Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount is calculated as follows:

  • Bookings made more than 60 days in advance: 25% of the total rental fee
  • Bookings made 30-59 days in advance: 33% of the total rental fee
  • Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: 50% of the total rental fee

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance of your rental fee is due in full before we release the keys to the cottage. We will send you a reminder email about the balance payment closer to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Please carefully review our cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages to the property. If no damages or outstanding charges exist, the security deposit will be returned within 15 days after your departure.
