🛠️ Troubleshooting & Errata

  • Indoor air quality often deteriorates when a space is occupied due to its airtight construction and limited fresh air ventilation. We suggest opening the windows slightly and using the heating or air conditioning as necessary.
  • You may experience water pressure issues when running water from multiple sources. This is due to limitations of the water pump system in concert with the filtration and purification equipment. Pressure will return when the water demand has been reduced.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you experience any issues during your stay.
